Bruce Berndt CPA began his practice in 1986 and is currently licensed in Illinois and Michigan.  Providing services that only a licensed professional can offer.  Bruce Berndt CPA is a separate company from Corporate Accounting Services.  Corporate Accounting Services is not a licensed CPA firm, but provides a monthly bookkeeping service. 

Corporate Accounting Services, founded in 1994, provides basic accounting and tax service targeted to small and medium sized businesses.  Our service differs than that of a CPA firm in that we bill an affordable flat monthly fee.  Our service is solely due to our efforts to provide a quality accounting and tax service to business owners who look to us to keep them in compliance with all Federal and State requirements.  Corporate Accounting Services is not a license CPA firm.
